At the second floor we have two rooms: they offer the same X-large size as the other, air conditioned and shared bathroom.
Renting the second floor is a great opportunity for families os small group of friends (4 or max 5 persons). Our personal tip is, if you want to organize a slightly cheaper holiday, to be a group of four, so you can share the costs of the car rental and have a lot of room in the house with a smaller budget.
The shared bathroom is actually really large, and includes a washing machine free to use for guests.
